Dr. Zohor Gourram
Dr. Zohor Gourram is a novelist, critic, academic, screenwriter, and Head of the Department of Arabic Language and Literature at the Faculty of Arts and Human Sciences at Mohammed V University in Rabat, Morocco. She is the director and editor-in-chief of “Digital Links” magazine, a specialist in discourse analysis and digital culture, a trainer in self-development and leadership, and a facilitator of workshops in narrative and stories writing and children’s literature. Dr. Zohor specializes in fiction, criticism, future studies, and self-development. She is a director of scientific programs, an expert and advisor to Arab institutions, and a member of scientific and cultural committees.
She holds a Royal Medal, the Silver Medal for Women Makers of Change in the Arab World in 2019, and several Arab awards, including the Katara Award in the Literary Criticism category. The International Electronic Literature Organization in America has included Dr. Zohor Gourram's name on its list of women working in electronic literature around the world. She is a visiting professor at international universities and a member of the arbitration committees of Arab literary awards (Sheikh Zayed, Al Owais, Booker, Katara, Book Award in Morocco, and other awards).
